All meeting 'objects' - tasks, meetings, agenda, minutes, votes or decisions, and reminders are colour coded to help you know what you know are looking at.
There are inherent rules about meeting objects reflected in MeetingGenius, such as:
  1. 1.
    section contain topics,
  2. 2.
    decisions are related to a topic, and
  3. 3.
    tasks are associated with topics.
