Agendas & Minutes

There are four stages of documents;

  1. Working Agenda. An Agenda that is not finalized and is a work-in-progress

  2. Agenda. A completed Agenda, subject to no further changes before a meeting.

  3. Working Minutes. Open minutes that are used to collect notes, add description details to topics, assign tasks, and take votes.

  4. Minutes. Completed, closed minutes subject to no further changes. Generally these Minutes are distributed to participants and interested parties.
