MeetingGenius uses a unique template structure that allows you or your organization considerable flexibility in managing meetings.
Out of the box, MeetingGenius supports two templates:
- 1.“Office” (also referred to “Internal”), which is designed for meetings where participants are primarily within the same organization; And
- 2.“Service Provider” which is designed for meetings where the participants are primarily external to the organization.
The primary difference is that Service Provider template has an extra tab and functionality to manage the external clients. Client information such as organization name, contact information and key contacts are available, and can be used within the meeting preparation, in-meeting and post-meeting task assignment workflows.
The Service Provider template has been designed to be customizable for specific industries, so if you have unique workflows that you would like to included, please contact us to discuss the details.
